The KISS Principle
KISS is an acronym for “Keep It Simple, Stupid” as a design principle noted by the U.S. Navy in 1960. The KISS principle states that most systems work best if they are kept simple rather than made complex, therefore simplicity should be a key goal in design and unnecessary complexity should be avoided.

Magic Circle Music (Touring)
We've been using MIDI2TR Dual MIDI Transceiver for about a year now and recently made a decision that we like the product so much we definitely need to use more. We placed an order and - since we are at a doorstep of the next tour kicking off, we got in touch with Kissbox to ask about the possibility of expediting shipping within Europe. The very next day at 9AM the parcel with Transceivers was at our doorstep. Thank you very much for this great product and for the outstanding service.

I have two Kissbox MIDI devices in my studio to extend the limited distance that standard MIDI allows. In the 2 years I have had them they have been tremendously reliable to use. Rock solid build quality. Definitely recommended!

INNOV8 AV (Installation)
Due to stock shortages from a regular supplier we needed to find a new IO endpoint that fitted our requirments. We were recommended Kissbox. Not only able to supply what we needed in a time efficient manner but also able to support us fully in integrating into our installed system. We now only use Kissbox for such things.

Creative Technology Limited (Installation)
When hardware fails it can be very frustrating for all involved. Especially if the project site is remote and the window incredibly small to rectify. This is what happened to us. I emailed Kissbox with our problem and literally within minutes I had received an email, a message and a missed call from them to get the issue resolved. Stock needed to be sent from the Netherlands to replace the faulty piece of equipment but this was sent, received and installed less than 36hrs later. At the end of the day, we all know a business can sell us anything we need with little thought...but what speaks volumes is the care and attention applied in the after sale. So many businesses get this wrong - but not here! Thank you for making a situation far less painful.
